Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, please note shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items are a final sale and not returnable.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, you may not be eligible for a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Please print or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note on your return packaging slip why the item is being returned (damaged, defective, etc. ).
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. VV RODEO BLING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
